Cynthia Trgo is a powerhouse. She jumped right to work on a home where we had 2 days to submit an offer, and wrote an offer that gave and asked for exactly what we needed to secure the home among a boatload of other offers. She has now guided me through the purchase of two homes and I would not go with any other realtor. I trust her completely.

We packed up our little family and moved from California to Lexington Kentucky, landing here in Lexington on June 1st, 2022. With the amazing Cynthia Trgo, working her tail off to find us a home, we signed docs and received the keys, on July 22, 2022, to our new home. Working with Becky Hillis was wonderful. Not only is she a total sweetheart, but she is very prompt and quick to answer questions. She was also available during after hours which we appreciated. On a side note.. I found out that Becky is a Christian through casual conversation with her and I really appreciated that. I met with 3 realtors. I decided to work with Cynthia because her marketing plan included staging. She marketed the house to her network before it went on the market. we received multiple offers in the first three days Cynthia was very effective in leveraging multiple offers to get the house under contract at 101% of asking price She also helped us navigate the post inspection negotiations I Highly recommend Cynthia
